When receiving the flat, our experienced inspector will take care of:

• Doors, windows and window sills
• Watt-hour, gas and water meters
• Louvers, blinds, floors and parquets
• Wall finishing and the quality of plaster
• Ventilation systems, heating and heated floors
• Balconies, terraces and garages

After finishing the flat reception we will hand over to you all the necessary documents: a technical protocol of flat reception, a summons to the developer to remove the defects, a flat reception protocol based on a detailed list of actions and an invoice.
